“According to Greek mythology, humans were originally created with four arms, four legs, and a head with two faces. Fearing their power, Zeus split them into two separate beings condemning them to spend their lives in search for their other halves.”
~Plato’s The Symposium.
How many times will I reblog this? “Always.”
I will always reblog.
I would just like to point out something about this soulmate principle. It doesn’t mention anything romantic about these relationships. They are just your other half. No one ever said that your soulmate would be someone you were in love with. A soulmate is literally just the other half of your soul. They could be as close as your best friend, your brother, or your sister, or they could be as far away as somebody on the otherside of the world, someone you can’t touch but talk to daily online. Point is, a soulmate is just a soulmate, and the relationship is what you make of it.
